Descriptions:
This is an LMS course and workflow designed to help guide new applicants through the OEM instructor TTAP application process and to provide graduate instructors with a singular location to easily locate and acquire course forms they might require while carrying out their instructing duties.
Course Objectives:
During the process of completing this course you will:
Complete and submit a W-9 and Appendix A form to get a Vendor ID number generated for you so your reimbursement paperwork can be created should we wish to move forward with you as an instructor
Complete and submit the paperwork necessary to gain instructor privileges in LMS and finish a short training to learn the privilege's of the new role  

Target Audience:
Individuals with experience instructing and a background in emergency management (ICS/EOC) or a subject matter important to the field ie. weather, PIO, mitigation, recovery,  grants management, education, etc.

Course Completion Requirements:
Completed W-9 and Appendix A
Completed LMS Administrator application and training

Please attach any Train the Trainer or instructional course certificates here that are not already in your LMS account.
