Full Description
Course Description/Objectives:
This workshop will permit the participants both instructional and hands on experience with Casualty Simulation for operational based exercises. Workshop participants will be able to understand and explain the purpose of exercise simulators and exercise controllers and their roles. Workshop participants will be expected to participate in the hands on exercise to include receiving casualty simulation on them.

Target Audience:
Students for this course must have responsibilities in VICTIM CONTROLLER/MOULAGE ARTIST/EXERCISE DESIGN. The course is not intended for exercise players or response personnel unless they are expected to become involved in exercise development. Organizations or communities should consider selecting core personnel who are responsible for exercise planning that can form the nucleus of an exercise design team when they return.

Prerequisite Requirements:
IS-120.C: An Introduction to Exercises

Cost:
There is no fee for the course. Food, lodging, and transportation costs are the responsibility of the participant.

Course Completion Requirements:
Participants who actively participate and attend all course contact hours will receive a Certificate of Participation for the course.

Students will be expected to participate in the hands on application of casualty simulation which includes receiving casualty simulation. Please wear or bring clothing that will be suitable to be possibly stained, discolored, cut or torn.
