This course provides local county partners with preliminary knowledge and understanding of the DHSES Individual Assistance Damage Self Reporting Tool. Through use of this tool, information gathering from homeowners, renters and small-businesses can be centralized to one source, reporting can be expedited from the County to the State for evaluation of possible federal program assistance and will also be geo-coded for a mapped view of damaged locations.
