Overview
This executive workshop will serve as a forum for sharing information, ideas, and best practices regarding crisis leadership, crisis decision-making, and crisis communications. It will include both academic and practical insights based on research and experience from other senior officials and practitioners that have dealt with major crisis events.

Workshop Provider
This workshop is provided by NYS DHSES in conjunction with experts from Kroll (Dan Linskey) and 10-8 Communications (Judy Pal).

Times
Tuesday, June 17th, 2025 (9am-4pm); registration begins at 8:30 am.

Target Audience
This workshop is designed for Senior elected and appointed officials including leaders from public safety agencies (i.e., law enforcement, fire, emergency management, etc.).

There is NO FEE for this course. Lunch and lodging will be provided. Travel and all other meals are the responsibility of the course participant. You are eligible for lodging if your residence and official workstation are more than 50 miles from the SPTC and you are public sector personnel.
