Full Description
The Office of Fire Prevention and Control (OFPC) is accredited by the National Board on Fire Service Professional Qualifications (commonly known as “The Pro Board”) to certify individuals who have met the requirements of the professional qualification standards established by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).

National certification serves as validation that an individual’s training, knowledge and skills meet nationally recognized standards and, by doing so, improve both the application of standardized qualification levels and the recognition and acceptance of training across jurisdictional boundaries.

Live Fire Suppression Verification Form
First Aid/CPR meeting NFPA 1001 section 4.3
Firefighter I National Certification Examination Application
2021 SCBA/IFO FFI Course completion (01-05-0102)
OR
Firefighting Essentials or  Basic Firefighter Training Course
AND
Initial Fire Attack or Intermediate Firefighter Training Course and HMFRO
